CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Sports Academy, we strive to provide the best experience for all our athletes and families. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to both our clients and coaches, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling:

    • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

    • Sessions canceled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.

  • No-Shows:

    • Failure to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

  • Emergency Exceptions:

    • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis to accommodate your situation.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds for pre-paid sessions will only be provided for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

  • Weather or Facility Closures:

    • If The Sports Academy cancels a session due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
